A beautiful and warm terrace with step-free access

The house is located in Massa Lubrense, in a private residential area called Riviera di San Montano. It faces the enchanted island of Capri, Ischia, Procida and Naples and it is only 4 km from the buzzy Sorrento and 20 Km from the breathtaking Amalfi coast. It faces the enchanted island of Capri and it is only 4 km from the buzzy Sorrento and 20 Km from the breathtaking Amalfi coast. In 2007 it was fully refurbished managing to preserve the original Provencal style on the outside and giving it a more modern feeling on the inside thanks to contemporary furniture and smooth light blue tiles throughout. It has 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. A garage with electric roller door (we used to fit a Volkswagen Lupo) is available about 100mt downhill. In front of the garage there is a private parking area where a saloon car will fit comfortably. A small car, a Fiat 500 for example, would also fit in the space in front of the entrance gate. If you have a scooter you can park inside or outside the entrance gate. We always recommend a small car or a scooter to easily move around and sightsee the Peninsula Sorrentina but we have had several guests who were just happy to use public transport or a local chauffeur. Bus stop is a 10/15 minutes walk uphill though. The property has 3 terraces (2 of which are facing the sea) and each of them is furnished with tables and chairs to enjoy the sunset, read a book, get some tan or enjoy a meal alfresco. Also a spiral staircase leads you to the roof terrace. Guest access All house except a locked room and the cellar where we keep personal possessions Other things to note During the colder months, November to April, during which you might need to turn the heating on, we will calculate an extra for the gas consumption. We will ask you to take a reading of the gas tank at arrival and departure time to work out the amount due
