Come and enjoy this beautiful hilltop setting with views over a hidden valley! A large well appointed farm house, recently renovated & redecorated, with fully equipped kitchen, 3 living rooms, large dinning room, 2 wood fires, large deck with outdoor living, BBQ, large garden and orchard. All linen and towels are provided to ensure all you need do is come and relax. New enclosed garden for young children to enjoy and a safe area to leave dogs recently added! The space Enjoy the tranquility of this small farm dedicated to sustainability! It's quite, and allows you to get back to nature with the comfort of being in your own home. 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen beds and 1 room with a single bed as well as single bunk beds (beds for 3 people) The owner lives close at hand (though in a seperate dwelling on the property) in case you have any issues, but you probably won’t realise we are even around Please note we do not have Wifi Guest access You will have access to large garden and orchard, including children’s swing set as well as many out door games. Extra to these, you can take advantage of the beautiful state forest just 100m from your doorstep or drive to the 90 mile beach just 20 minutes away. Other things to note Dogs are welcome but are restricted to certain areas inside the house and must stay within the enclosed backyard when on the property, due to stock such as lambs and calves as well as other pets on property. Owners pets will also be contained. Back yard to be left clean of poo and any damage left by dogs, holes etc. must be filed in, rectified prior to leaving. Please bring pets needs such as bowls, house, bed etc. to limit spread of animals germs by shared items.
