Tholakia Heart Paros Terrace House

The cosy Tholakia Heart is situated in the quiet neighborhood of Tholakia in the heart of the old town of Parikia.The place was initially build by our grandparents as a warehouse and cellar. With an inspiring renovation we transformed it to a residence though respecting the history and style of the place. We created a comfortable cosy house. A truly unique place with its own terrasse for relaxing. All you may need (restaurants, cafes, shops, public transport) is within walking distance. The space The entrance room is your living space if you decide to relax indoors. There is a vintage single bed, a bench with bar stools where you can make coffee or prepare a small snack. The bedroom has a double build bed with built-in closets and a boudoir for the ladies. Off the bedroom is the bathroom, with shower. Via a circular staircase you can reach the terrasse, the outdoor sitting area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relaxing after a day out exploring. A fully equipped kitchen is there for you to prepare breakfast, lunch or meal. Guest access On your way to the house through the narrow stoned laid streets of the old town, you embark on a journey to a different era. It is only a few steps away from the port, the old market street, the Frankish-Venetian castle, the archeological museum and the Byzantine church of Ekatontapiliani. Everything you may need from restaurants to cafes, bakery and mini markets is within walking distance from the house. There is a free public parking place just 150m away.
