We rent our house located in Beaune (mountain district), with an area of about 350 m² on a wooded plot of 5000 m² with swimming pool secured by a roller shutter, trampoline, swing, ping pong table, barbecue, chicken coop with 4 chickens (requiring no special care)... The space The house has direct access to the state forest (gate at the bottom of the property), with playground and basketball court, many hiking trails, health trails, etc. The residential area of the mountain, a quiet and rural place 5 minutes from the city center of Beaune (30 minutes walk for the bravest) overlooks the city of Beaune and its prestigious vineyards. You can unleash your culinary talents in the large 40 m² kitchen, with Lacanche piano, Tulikivi stove, American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave... The 55 m² living room will allow you to spend your evenings by the fire. It has a large table of 300 x 90 cm (12 to 14 place settings), a piano, a video projector, a foosball table and a Hi-Fi system. The TV lounge is independent. We have children's and adult DVDs available on premises. Board games are also available. The rooms are spread over the 3 levels = capacity of 16 fixed beds + 2 extra mattresses Ground floor: 1 bedroom with 150 cm double bed 1st floor:  - 1 master suite with double bed 160x200 and private bathroom - 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 double bed overlooking a terrace - 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 cm double bed - 1 bedroom with 1 trundle bed (2 separate beds of 90 x 190), overlooking the terrace + 1 bed of 90 x 190 - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200) - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 x 190) 2nd floor: 1 attic bedroom on the 2nd floor with 2 90x190 cm single beds and extra mattresses The house has 4 bathrooms:  1 bathroom on the ground floor 3 bathrooms on the 1st floor, including 1 private We can provide the following baby equipment: high chairs, playpen, stroller, safety barrier for the stairs, games, changing table, bath chair... Tea towels, sponges, dishwashing products, dishwasher tablets, hand soaps, toilet paper are available at the beginning of the stay. They should be replaced or added if necessary Bed linen is included in the rental amount and is folded on each bed (beds not made on arrival). Towels can be taken as an extra (1 large + 1 small towel) for €5/person PLEASE NOTE: The cleaning package at the end of the stay is not included in the price, it amounts to 250 euros. We ask for a check of €250 upon arrival at the house. Guests have the option to clean before they leave to leave the house and garden as clean and tidy as when they arrived. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to withhold the total amount of the cleaning fee. Other things to note USE OF PREMISES The guest agrees to leave the rental, belongings, and furniture in perfect condition and to replace or pay for them in case of loss or damage. With regard to duly noted damage, it will be subject to a deduction from the security deposit, the amount of which will be determined amicably between the host and the guest. In the event of a dispute, a quote will be made by a professional. If the deposit is insufficient, the guest agrees to complete the sum upon presentation of proof. A set of keys with a remote control for the gate will be given upon arrival. Guests have access to the Internet via Wi-Fi (code made available to them) SWIMMING POOL Guests must not under any circumstances intervene on the water treatment devices located in the pool technical room. If there are any problems with the pool, they must contact the hosts. Access to the pool is strictly forbidden for children under 15 without the effective presence of an adult responsible for them. The pool safety system can in no way replace the vigilance of parents. Hosts cannot be held liable for an accident that occurs due to a lack of vigilance on the part of the guests. The guest is obliged to report any anomaly or malfunction to the hosts within 24 hours of arrival. After this period, the leased property is considered free from damage upon the traveler's arrival. The guest agrees to report to the hosts any damage they may have caused. INSURANCE The traveler must be covered by civil liability for any damage they may cause to the house or its contents (resort certificate). They will be held responsible for theft without breaking and entering that may occur for not having properly closed the house (windows and doors) during their absence. In the event of burglary or damage during their stay, the Host's insurance only covers their own property and in no case the personal belongings of the guests.
