Four bedroom villa with private swimming pool, with a fantastic position, a short walk from Vale do Lobo beach and the "Praça" where there are a variety of bars and restaurants. Built on a high point, it offers great views of the ocean, but also privacy for sunbathing and relaxing in the swimming pool area or on the upper terrace. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, an open plan living/dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom and on the first floor there are a further two bedrooms. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, toaster, kettle and microwave. The comfortable living/dining room has a few steps separating both areas and is equipped with a large flat screen TV with two different TV channel system, one mainly for English spoken channels and another one mainly for Dutch spoken channels. From here sliding windows lead to the swimming pool terrace and garden. Still on the ground floor there are two bedrooms that share a bathroom: one is a small twin bedroom and the other is a double bedroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms both en-suite: one is the double master bedroom with a terrace with fantastic ocean views and the other bedroom is a twin. On the outside, there is a large and well kept garden facing the ocean with palm trees and also an infinity design swimming pool which measures approximately 7m x 9m and can be heated upon request and for an extra cost paid locally. The villa is equipped with air conditioning upon request(and for an extra cost paid locally) and Wi-Fi access. The cleaning service is from Monday to Friday except on bank holidays.
