Please note this is a downstairs unit in a gated condo complex with common walls and close to a busy street BECAUSE OF COMMON WALLS AND BUSY TRAFFIC, NOISE CAN NOT ALWAYS BE AVOIDED. Plenty of towels (even pool towels) Along with extra bathroom amenities This unit has a cal king bed in master bedroom and queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Plenty of pillows and blankets. We made check in very easy through an keyless entry. You can check in anytime after 3 pm on the day of your booking. Check out is at 11 am. Check in and out hours strictly enforced. (Unless prearranged) Guest access This is a gated community with great amenities that include pool, spa, fitness center, and bbq area. There are restaurants within a 5 min drive. Las Vegas strip and major freeways are 10 minutes away. Other things to note FREE PARKING There is one covered designated parking space for all guests. You must display parking permit for this spot on your dashboard in order to avoid getting towed.
