Birds and beach at Broulee

Our place is close to the beach which is great for surfing, swimming, paddling and family bike rides. You’ll love our place because of the location right on the creek with birds and water fun just seconds away. The split level design and high ceilings creates a cosy and yet spacious feeling. Our house is good for couples, families (with kids), and those travelling with their pets with a fully enclosed back yard. The space Our coast house is a wonderful place to relax and recharge the batteries. Located on the banks of Candlagan Creek you can enjoy your breakfast outside with the sound of the birds. Pick up your paddle and step out the gate and down onto the creek. From there it is an easy paddle out to the beach or upstream where you can get lost in the quite waters watching the fish underneath you and the birds above. Located just 20 minutes south of Batemans Bay, Broulee is a great spot to base yourself when exploring the beautiful South Coast of NSW. The Mogo Zoo is only minutes away. The house is nearly condition, with a new kitchen, soaring ceilings and plenty of space. A new reverse cycle air-conditioner provides comfort in both the summer and winter months. The 3 bedrooms in the main house provide beds for 7 people with 2 queen size beds, a double and a single. There is an additional 'Cub Cave' newly built rumpus room in the garage (undercover access) with an additional double/single trio bunk, and a fold out sofa bed. Doonas and pillows are provided for all beds, with guests asked to provided their own sheets, pillow slips and towels for their stay. A new full kitchen is provided including a dishwasher, with sufficient crockery and cutlery for 12 guests. There are pots, pans, serving dishes and trays galore. A full sized fridge/freezer is provided. The laundry includes a full sized washer and dryer. The landscaped gardens provide a tranquil location to relax as you watch the birds on the creek. A fresh bright and airy covered pergola and lounge area is a great spot to stop and read a book while watching the parrots feast on the garden flowers. The fully enclosed yard is great for kids and dogs alike. Guest access Guests have access to all the house and gardens but not the garage or the walk-in-robe in the main bedroom (an alternative wardrobe is provided).
