Each level boasts incredible outdoor entertaining spaces with access to the pool and river. With an external staircase leading to the pool area, the upstairs level provides quick and easy access to the outdoors with the external staircase. There is also a 6 person Jacuzzi undercover on the bottom level and an Infared Sauna! The upper level features a modern, spacious kitchen with a butler's pantry, multiple lounges with a TV, and a dining area. It also includes two beautiful bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a double bed and single bed. The king bedroom (with a TV) has an ensuite with a rain shower and a free-standing claw-foot bath tub, while the double bedroom has access to a rain shower and toilet. There is also a study with a single bed and options for trundles (provided). The ground level has a fully equipped modern kitchen, multiple lounges and a dining area. It includes three beautiful bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, the other with a king-sized bed (with a TV) and optional single bed, and the third with two single beds. The king bedroom has an ensuite with a rain shower and toilet, and the other two bedrooms share a two-way bathroom with a large free-standing bath tub and rain shower. You'll love the outdoor living areas, complete with a table tennis table, pool/airhockey table, giant connect four and multiple lounge and seating options. Your spacious balcony overlooks the stunning Tweed River and the large in-ground swimming pool. You have full access to the property's kayaks, SUPs, crab pots, and fire pit, ensuring you make full use of the direct river access. The property is fully secured with an automated gate and a double garage appropriate for two small cars to park in out of the weather or a carport for larger vehicles/boat trailer. You will be provided with a remote key for both via a lockbox on arrival. There is also ample street parking and a boat ramp 400m away, allowing you to explore the majestic Tweed River and ferry guests in and out. The location is unbeatable, with some of the most amazing attractions, activities, and restaurants in Northern NSW and Gold Coast at your fingertips. You're just a 400m walk away from a cafe, bakery, bottle shop, butcher, burger bar, fresh seafood/takeaway, and a chemist. You can also visit the Seagulls Club, including restaurants, bars, a fitness centre, and an indoor kids' playground (Tabatinga). If you want to explore further afield, it's just a 5-minute drive to the Strand in Coolangatta, with its amazing collection of restaurants. Warning National Park, just a 40-minute drive. Guest access You alone will have full access to the entire house, including bedrooms, kitchen, draws etc (except for the private signage). You will have full use of Kayaks, SUPS, and entertaining areas on your private balcony and on the river platform. Other things to note There is an automated gate upon entry, which you will have a remote control for issued via a lock box on arrival, which ensures security and privacy. There is also a keypad on the gate with a PIN number in which your family and friends can utilise to enter and exit. You have full use of all kayaks, SUPs and crab pots. The pool is maintained by a local pool company and if there are ever any issues they will come and fix it during your stay if need be. You can catch public transport, taxi's or Ubers to wherever you need to be. You can fit two cars in the double garage in the Villa, however it is quite low and doesn't accommodate SUV's or large 4WD's.
