The apartment is on the third floor; it has a bright living room with an equipped kitchen, a double room and a bathroom with shower. The two balconies of the apartment offer breathtaking panoramic views over the entire north coast of Lake Garda, you can relax in the sun, read a book or have a drink in company. The space Windsurfer's Suite is located in the famous town of Torbole, literally a stone's throw away from the shores of Lake Garda. Guests can park their car in a private parking lot in the Goethe parking lot of Torbole. Torbole is not only ideal for surfers and sailors, but also hikers, climbers and mountain bikers can fully enjoy the beautiful nature and views. A short distance from the apartment is a Coop supermarket, pharmacy, bank, bakery and newspaper shop. Guest access The Windsurfer's Suite accommodation is equipped with sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and hand soap, proportionate to the number of guests. It also includes access to a private garage that is 300 meters from the apartment. Sanitization: the sanitization of the housing unit is carried out at each guest change with the use of certified cleaning products; natural air exchange and periodic replacement of air conditioner filters are also guaranteed. Linens: Linen rental and laundry service is offered by the ACQUATEC laundry in accordance with UNI EN 14065:2016 standards. Other things to note Guests are informed that, with the confirmation of the reservation, two separate contracts are signed with separate legal entities, each with specific responsibilities: 1.
