Located in Moncaup, a peaceful village in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, this country house, renovated with respect for tradition, offers spacious and quality accommodation for 6 people. The accommodation is completely independent and offers a perfect starting point to visit the beautiful area. The space The Gîte de la Fontaine de Navarre is an ideal place to enjoy the well-being of nature with family or friends, by the heated pool, from May to September, depending on the weather (24 degrees), in the private park. The cottage is particularly well equipped for a perfect holiday with a lot of comfort (Senseo coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, oven and microwave, washing machine etc...) On site, we also provide tourist information about the region, comics, books, DVDs and board games. Outside, on the premises, you will find: a children's swing, table tennis, deckchairs, barbecue, terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and private shaded parking. A 5-minute walk from the vacation rental: multi-sport court (soccer, tennis, basketball) and pétanque court. Many marked trails leave the house. You will probably come across deer during a walk. Close to the property, you will find many wineries and can also taste all the flavors of local gastronomy at farmer's markets and many local events. The privileged environment is a central starting point for discovering the Pyrenees, the Atlantic coast, the Gers (with many festivals including Jazz In Marciac from July 25 to August 15), and the Landes. Guest access You have access to the entire accommodation independently as well as to the park, the swimming pool for the exclusive use of tenants, and the private parking inside the park. The accommodation is not overlooked and is not a townhouse, but it has a beautiful view of the countryside and the Pyrenees in the distance. Other things to note The little extras of the house All-inclusive stay - Linens, sheets, tea towels are provided, beds are made, you just have to put your bags down and enjoy your stay! - We also leave all the essential products (coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, sugar, oil, etc.) as well as cleaning products. - Cleaning is to be done by you but upon request, we can offer you an end-of-stay cleaning service at the rate of €85. - We are pet friendly and allow pets at no extra charge (fenced park) on the ground floor of the house.
