The space The Villa covers an area of about 1200 square meter and is located within the upmarket Alta Vista Golf & Country Club, elevated and within lush tropical surroundings overlooking Cebu City, Mactan Island and the Pacific Ocean. There are four uniquely appointed bedrooms, each in a different continental decoration scheme, covering South America, Africa, Asia and Europe. All bedrooms feature, among their unique decoration, Queen size beds with Hotel quality bed linen, split air conditioning & Cable TV. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with ample storage facilities along with the usual bathroom essentials. In & outdoor towels are also available. There is a huge, fully equipped Master kitchen available in which any culinary artists can show off their skills. Dining and reading area as well as a uniquely Middle Eastern style sitting and cocktail area are available too. Outdoor patio's are available throughout the Villa where you can enjoy a cocktail or watch the sun set over the Pacific Ocean. Guest can also entertain themselves in our in house bar and games room with snooker table and table soccer for all sports enthusiasts. Internet/Wifi coverage is also available. The pool area is large and allows for all sort of outdoor entertainment and Al Fresco Dining including a BBQ area. Other things to note The Villa is located about 20 minutes from what is considered Cebu City down town offering world class dining, shopping and entertainment facilities. General Shopping Malls and Wet Markets are within easy reach of the house.
