Graskop Sunset Holiday Home is a 175sqm, three-bedroom 6-sleeper self-catering house, in a quiet and secure surrounding. The garden is large, full of bird-life, with spectacular sunsets. We offer king-sized beds, clean towels, a large well-equipped kitchen, braai patio entertainment area, lounge with fireplace, free WiFi with large-screen HDMI TV. Town centre is a lazy ten minute walk. Less walk than that in the opposite direction takes you through the plantations and natural forestry. The space Sunset House is well equipped to accommodate families and groups of close-friends. The kitchen is large; with a separate scullery and a 1.5m circular table in the dining area of the kitchen, that seats 8 comfortably. An easy place for friends and family to reminisce, have drinks and laughter whilst meals are prepared. There are two internal living areas - the sun lounge and main lounge with fire-place - as well as the covered porch with built in braai area. Ideal for sitting outside in front of a log-fire on chilly evenings. The grounds are large - over 1100sqm. Lots of bonding areas with more than enough space to stay at ease. Guest access There are locked storerooms outside, and 2 locked linen cupboards, and 2 kitchen supply cupboards inside the house. All rooms in the house are accessible There are no other dwelling units on the 1100sqm of property. The entire property of 1100sqm is it at the Guests' disposal. Other things to note There is much to see and to do in and around Graskop. We are situated at the Heart of the Panorama Route in Mpumalanga. Very Central. If it's your first visit to Graskop, we'll gladly send travel itineraries with maps with distances and times to travel between stops. We'll also make sure that your journey to us is in easy time, getting in some beautiful sights along the way. One day alone, out towards Hoedspruit will keep you busy with the Cheetah Sanctuary, the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre and the Reptile Centre. Along your way you will pass the lookout points to Blyde Canyon and to the Three Rondawels; with the Echo caves and the Museum of Man along the way. The road passes through the mountain at the JG Strydom Tunnel to emerge into absolutely breath-taking scenery. There are Adventure sports venues 40 to 60 kilometres from Graskop as well. The Kruger Park is a day's outing, some 45 minutes drive from Graskop. Pilgrims Rest - an 1800's museum town is 15 km's away. The Graskop Gorge Lift Company with swing-bungee jump is here as well. The list goes on... All in all, you could easily spend three to five days here, and still return later for more.
