Euro Style Passive Mountain Home

Euro-style passive house built in 2020 with super-insulated walls and a large proportion of natural materials. The house is less than a mile drive to the Lincoln Peak base area, with breathtaking winter views of the resort. First floor includes kitchen, living room, dining area, master bedroom, master bath and mudroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a second full bath. We supply linens, towels and bathroom supplies. Inquire for longer stays outside of posted availability. The space The kitchen is compact, urban styled with all new appliances in 2020.The kitchen has granite countertops. The mountain side has a living room with large windows that give the feel of sitting outside and a covered porch just off the dining area. The exterior landscaping, the garage and some minor interior details are unfinished.
