Stores of all kinds. Park The space "Roma INCANTATA" is very quiet apartment because the street it overlooks has little traffic and the rooms have double-glazed windows. The neighborhood is safe, central, authentic, lively and full of typical stores and restaurants. The house is laid out as follows: entrance hall, bright and well-equipped kitchen, large air-conditioned bedroom, large air-conditioned living room, spacious bathroom with large shower, 14.5-square-meter terrace with tables and awnings for aperitifs and outdoor meals. In the photo gallery we have published the floor plan of the house with the furniture layout. In its 67 sq m interior (plus 14.5 sq m terrace) it can comfortably accommodate 5 people. In the bedroom, a single bed can be added in addition to the double bed. The living room is spacious and there is a double sofa bed (bed 160x190cm, more than a Qeen Size bed) of excellent quality, comfortable, which opens and closes very easily. All the beds are equally comfortable. The house is suitable for two couples as both the living room and the bedroom have a door for maximum privacy. There is a walk-in closet in the living room. Children are welcome. You will find in the house a high chair, a crib (camping type) and a baby food mixer. No extra charge is required. We will recommend the best typical restaurants in the neighborhood and you will appreciate many stores including pizzerias, grocery stores (bread, fish, meat, cold cuts, fresh fruit), supermarkets, shopping malls, fashion stores, and craft stores. Other things to note CHECK IN - The time for check-in is between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Times are flexible and early or late check-in is possible. A flat fee of € 30 is required for check-in after 21:00. After 11:00 p.m. and until 1:00 a.m. the following day, the flat fee is € 50. PARKING Casa Roma INCANTATA is located outside the restricted traffic zone, so it is possible to drive right up to the house. Street parking is public and free of charge. Those who prefer can park their cars at a nearby garage for a fee. The price is indicatively between 12 and 15 euros per day.
