Two Vendée homes for 14 people with swimming pool

Ideal for meeting with friends or family, two large Vendée Logis, quiet, in the charming hamlet of Château de La Girardière, consisting of a castle and its outbuildings, on a magnificent site, adorned with centuries-old trees (14 ha of park, woods and meadows): the Logis des Ponnes, with its beautiful large living room and the Logis de l'Ecuyer welcome you for a stay in the middle of nature, close to many activities. The space The price includes linens (beds made and towels available) and end-of-stay cleaning. Both Logis are rated 3 *** stars and offer an area of 300 m2. They can accommodate 14 people (5 bedrooms for 2 people and one bedroom for 4 people, 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets). The Logis des Ponnes has a large dining room and a large kitchen. In summer, its garden furniture can also accommodate the whole group. If you feel like cooking, you have all the necessary equipment. Outside, you have at your disposal garden tables and chairs, a charcoal barbecue and Chilean chairs. When you leave, the houses must be left in a state of normal use, the furniture in its original place, the beds undone and the dishes clean and tidy. Beach towels for the pool and charcoal for the BBQ are not provided. The washing machine is located in a separate room, close to the houses. Guest access A large heated pool of 13.5 m x 5 m is at your disposal, from April to mid-October (it is not in service the rest of the year), between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. approximately. It is very pleasant to swim from April and also in the off-season because the enclosure is large and perfectly retains the heat. When the sun is shining, the pool can be fully uncovered and you can swim in a beautiful green setting. Access to the entire Domaine de La Girardière is free (park, woods, meadows). We ourselves live in the Château de La Girardière, located in the hamlet. The houses are completely independent and are not adjoining: they are distributed in the hamlet and each have a private, unfenced garden. The two Logis are less than 10 m apart. A third gîte is offered for rent, with a capacity of 2 people. The roads are more than 500 m away and the calm is absolute. It is not uncommon to see deer, squirrels, hedgehogs, owls and many other birds depending on the season. The banks of the Yon are accessible directly on foot from the hamlet of La Girardière: they offer a pleasant walk in all seasons and in summer, they allow you to cool off in the shade of the trees, with your feet in the water of the river. Fishing is possible. Many other cycling and walking routes are also possible. Tennis court, children's games and basketball court in the village of Tablier (2 km away) Nearby: possibility of horse-drawn rides and hikes with donkeys. Your pets, dogs and cats are welcome and we do not charge extra fees. Mentioning them in the reservation is mandatory. It should be noted that the estate is not fenced. Two dogs (labradors), two cats, horses, goats and chickens also live in the hamlet. Other things to note Each stay contributes to the renovation of the site: interior work, renovations, change of frames, change of windows and doors, insulation, installation of heating, etc. It also contributes to the maintenance of the beautiful park.
