Private room in a lovely tropical house in Loay,Bohol, 18 kms. from Tagbilaran City. The room has A/C, hot/cold shower, wifi access & HD Satellite SmartTV +Netflix , karaoke, board games, books. 30-minutes away from Tarsiers, man-made forest, Hanging bamboo bridge, Ziplines, river cruises, parks & 45-minutes away from the Chocolate Hills. Centuries-old stone churches are in nearby towns. Beautiful Himontagun Hill for climbing & serene local beach with fine gray sand are a few minutes away. The space Our place is a charming 2-story open-type tropical house with sliding glass doors leading to the garden and a koi fish pond. There are 4 rooms on the 2nd level with a common entertainment area and a veranda overlooking the garden. The private Master's bedroom is on the ground floor while the 4 vacant rooms on the 2nd level are available for Airbnb rental. Guest access -Upon arrival, we can arrange pick-up from the Tagbilaran/Panglao airport (₱800/$12) or Tagbilaran ferry-boat wharf for a minimal fee of P500 or US$9/trip (aircon car/ SUV). -For sight-seeing purposes, rental tourist cars/vans (US$45-60/day) or motorcycles/scooters ($10-12/day) can easily be arranged. Guests have access to the whole house (including listed amenities) except the master's bedroom on the ground floor. -Room rate includes continental breakfast or cooked Filipino breakfast. Upon request, we can also serve other meals (lunch /dinner) at reasonable cost. -Cooking by guest is allowed upon special request but they can always use the refrigerator & microwave oven to store /reheat food bought from outside source. -Hot water is available in the kitchen 24/7. -Filtered drinking water is free including the refill of your own water container. -Laundry washing/ironing is available for a FEE. During your stay We love to personally welcome our guests when they arrive, share a welcome juice or coffee while discussing their plans in the coming days. Even before your arrival, feel free to ask for more information to help you plan your vacation. If requested, we can also assist in making reservations for tours/transport hire, etc. To facilitate communication, we can lend you a mobile phone with local SIM so you can easily call us in case you need anything & we are always just a call away. Other things to note We have two adorable & well-behaved dogs: Harry- a black Labrador & Kaiser- a German Shepherd.
