This retro 1960's beach house is the perfect retreat for a lazy coastal getaway. It has 2 bedrooms (queen beds), a TV room (with a queen sofa bed) a sun room, a large bathroom & an external laundry (with washer, dryer & toilet). There is an open fire, deep bath & new air conditioning. A 5 minutes' level walk to the beautiful Shoalhaven River & a few more minutes' to the surf beach. Our small township is surrounded by river, ocean & national parks, with an abundance of trees & bird life. The space We bought this house in December 2020, painted it and equiped it with brand new appliances, new beds, mattresses, pillows, linen and towels. It is furnished with retro items aiming to make it stylish & cosy. I am a neat freak so you will find it sparkling clean. It’s just been painted so it’s all shiny ‘new’. The kitchen is simple but we love to cook so included a quality espresso machine (with beans supplied) and Nutri bullet. The back deck overlooks the huge garden having an outdoor dining setting and a new BBQ. We have tried to think of everything to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and at home. There is ample parking, the whole house and garden are yours to enjoy. There is a 2 person kayak, with paddles and trolley for your enjoyment on the river. The wi-fi is great (we often work from here) and there is a huge smart TV. There is a fabulous open fire inside and a fire pit outside - we supply a timber stack. The bath is deep and perfect to relax in with a glass of bubbles. All rooms have ceiling fans and the main area and main bedroom have daikon air conditioning systems. Guest access There is ample parking, the whole house and garden are yours to enjoy. There is a 2 person kayak and trolley to enable kayaking on the 5 minute walk away Shoalhaven River. The wifi is great and there is a smart TV. Other things to note All rooms have ceiling fans and the main area and main bedroom have an air conditioning unit.
