Le Moulin - quiet cottage on the edge of the Ardèche

Old restored mill in the listed village of Balazuc, within walking distance by alleys, free parking 150 meters away. The cottage includes a living room/kitchen (pellet stove), bedroom with 140 bed, a bathroom/wc. It is naturally air-conditioned in summer, the covered terrace overlooks the river! Weekly, biweekly or longer rental only from May 2 to September 21 (Saturday - Saturday). For other dates, check-in or check-out on Saturday. Linens not provided. Other things to note Check-in from 4 p.m. Check-out is before 9:30 a.m. A deposit of €200 is required at check-in. Le Moulin is a non-smoking gîte, and I don't allow pets due to allergies. The rental is given priority to the whole week, if you want to book less, leave me a message to discuss it. For short stays, the check-in date is Saturday or the check-out date and Saturday.
