Save some money on transportation and see more of the city! (The bike is an extra feature and it is not guaranteed to be in perfect condition.) -THE NEIGHBORHOOD- The Kreuzberg neighborhood is legendary. It is a multicultural landscape that has attracted many great icons throughout the past few decades. David Bowie, Iggy Pop, and Nick Cave all called Kreuzberg home at some point and time. The colorful streets of Kreuzberg are filled with amazing bars, international & organic/biological food markets, charming restaurants, art galleries, unique fashion botiques, and diverse landscapes. Just a few minutes' walk in any direction can bring you to something worth seeing or experiencing: picnic in the vibrant Görlitzer Park, take a bike ride along the tree-lined Landwehr Canal, shop at the Maybachufer Farmer's Market, or get a little lost on the streets of NeuKoelln and discover your own hidden corners. -TRANSPORTATION & CONNECTIONS- Hermannplatz (U8, U7, busses), Schönleinstrasse (U8) stations are all only 5-10 minutes away. You can connect quickly and easily to all the good parts of central, west and east Berlin. Going just a few stops brings you to Friedrichshain, Zoologischer Garten, Brandenburger Tor, Potsdamer Platz, Museum Island, Hackescher Markt, Alexanderplatz, Prenzlauerberg, or Mitte.
