Robeathyn is a spacious 4 bedroom beach house set on a headland with sweeping vistas of Discovery Bay and the Southern Ocean. The house is one of two set on 10 acres of natural bushland and nearby access to the Great South West Walk. Ideal in all seasons; you can enjoy the ocean crested sunsets on the expansive patio as you sip on a wine or two, alternatively you can snuggle in around the fire and enjoy the same amazing view from the lounge area. The space This home has the space that allows for families to spread out with multiple living areas, or for friends to enjoy the space and tranquility that comes with such a unique home. The main living area is a large open plan dining and entertaining space, with a fireplace facing out to the lounge warming the entire home on wild weather days and nights. The stunning ocean views can be enjoyed from all the living and dining areas and from the two main bedrooms (of four) in the house. The covered patio that runs the length of the house is an ideal place to sit and watch the whales swim by or, keep an eye on the kids playing on the expansive lawn area that is ideal for play and outdoor games. The luxurious master bedroom suite makes for an ideal couples getaway. The enormous ensuite features a double shower and spa bath and dual vanities, providing space, comfort and luxury for you and your partner. There are ample built in robes and storage in the bedroom and you may just catch sight of the visiting wallabies at your bedroom window as they come to feed. There is a large modern kitchen that overlooks a courtyard. The kitchen is stocked with basic supplies such as: condiments, coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, cooking oil, glad wrap, and foil. A toaster, coffee machine, kettle, rice cooker, slow cooker, blender and sandwich maker are also provided. It’s the home away from home. This property is ideal for Couples, groups of friends and families wanting to relax and create Great Memories. Guest access Guests will have the house to themselves. Charge rate is for 6 guests (3 bedrooms). Extra charge for 4th bedroom depending on requirements. Note: Under our current cleaning process bedrooms not required for use will not be accessible. The garage and 2 storerooms inside the house will be private and locked, not accessible to guests. The garage may be accessed by the owners through the garage roller door, not via the house. On the rare occasion this should need to occur, guests would be notified. Other things to note Please keep the gate to the property closed at all times. Phone service can be patchy. Starlink has recently been installed, but the TV’s are currently not Smart. A basket of firewood will be provided for your stay (during May to September only).
