Large sprawling deck to enjoy the sun and view over Miramar peninsular. Just the spot for dinner or a quiet drink. Double glazed windows and heat pump to keep cosy and warm on those cooler Wellington days. Close to airport, Miramar township and beaches. We have 2 friendly dogs who would love to meet you. We look forward to hosting you soon. The space Large bedroom connected to deck with King size bed. Large walk in wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom with shower. Lounge and dinning area combined. (Bed couch) and dinning table. Kitchenette: oven, fridge freezer, microwave and all kitchen equipment. Large deck with dinning table. Washing machine and dryer. Guest access Own door and entrance below. There is a path and steps down to apartment. Other things to note We have 2 dogs who are very friendly. Our family live above the apartment.
