Geckos, insects, and ants are common in Amami. It is difficult to completely eradicate them. If you are not good with insects, please bring insect repellent items and be careful not to leave the windows open. (They are especially attracted to lights at night.) We also do not take measures such as spraying chemicals. We appreciate your understanding. The house is surrounded by a garden, so wild birds often come to play. That's why they often leave droppings on the terrace. We appreciate your understanding. • All rooms are non-smoking. Please smoke in designated outdoor areas. • When going out, please be careful with electricity, fire, water, and closing the door. • In the event of a direct typhoon strike, we may ask you to cancel your reservation for your safety. In that case, you will receive a full refund. (During a typhoon, power outages or water outages may occur for up to 2-3 days.) In rare cases, the wifi power lines may be cut due to strong winds associated with bad weather. Please note that restoration will take place the next day or later.
