Three beds in beautiful country setting of Gordon

This one b/r located in rural Gordon in a lovely garden. Very convenient to the Western Fwy, a 10 min drive from Ballan & 20 min from Ballarat. The b/r has one double bed, plus king single, large built-in robe, television and heating. The bedroom is close to the separate toilet and bathroom facilities. We are a friendly mature couple who welcome you to our home. We host a boarder, and his dog, Choo Choo, who is very friendly, although will be restrained when other animals stay. Pet friendly. The space Close to 2 acres, looks like a shed from the street, a lovely fruit orchard, hazelnut trees and newly planted gum trees for koalas in the future - hopefully. The house is 100' long with 3 bedrooms and large open living kitchen/dining/living room. The shed is attached to the house - or the house is attached to the shed and under cover parking is available, although there is plenty of space for parking outside. The property can easily take a trailer, caravan etc. When arriving, look for the big green shed on the right-hand side of the street. We assure you that our house is a lovely home with a large wood heater. Guest access Access is by the red front door on the veranda. Other access is conveniently located from the shed, via a connecting door and where there is a ramp for wheelchair, suitcases etc. During your stay We live at the property so can assist throughout your stay . The bathroom is shared with us and we respect guests privacy.
