The large kitchen is bright opening onto the sunny garden with garden furniture & Gas BBQ. 4 bedrooms sleep 8 (1 Double, 2 Twins, 1 bunkbed) 2 modern shower rooms with instant hot water. Fully equipped with plenty of outdoor space the house is perfect for families . Only 2 minutes from the quiet beach. Up to 2 Pets (charged) with prior notification. The space St Clair is a 3 storey Townhouse half way along Earlsferry high street. The ground floor provides living space for a large family; 2 living areas with a TV and large Dining table in the light kitchen which opens out into the garden. The Lounge has a TV with fire stick. Plenty of children’s games and jigsaws. The first floor has the master bedroom with double bed and shower ensuite with a modern family shower room serving the other bedrooms. The remaining 3 bedrooms are up a narrower flight of stairs, with a large twin, a smaller twin and a children's bunk bed room offering perfect family accommodation. The bunk beds can sleep Adults, but it is a smaller room. All rooms have storage draws and a wardrobe in the twin rooms. The bunk bed room does not have a wardrobe. Guest access Guests will be able to use all facilities of the house. This includes the washing machine, dishwasher & heating. We also have free fast Wifi. We have 2 TVs (1 x firestick, 1 x smart TV) . We have an Air Fryer, electric oven hob & microwave. We have a very small shed which has bucket & spades and a wind break for the beach. We have a gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs. The front garden has a bike rack and area to store golf clubs and beach items. The back garden is accessible from the road and is private, secluded, and a great sun trap. It has an outdoor tap and is paved with decking. Outdoor clothes drying line. We do not allow guests to bring Hot tubs. Licence no FI00583P Other things to note 2/3 night minimum stay depending on the month. 3 nights - 1 week minimum in School holidays. Summer bookings are taken on a weekly basis Friday to Friday. The price includes all bed linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. A travel cot is in the house & a high chair that attaches to one of the seats. Please let us know if you need to use these. We allow pets when they have been pre booked. One £50 charge whether 1 or 2 dogs. If the house is booked for 2 weeks a mid stay clean is not included in the price. The house has a washing machine for any towels/ Bed linen. The top flight of stairs are steep but manageable, we have a picture. No stair gates are provided.
