Set on a spacious lot surrounded by peaceful surroundings, the house welcomes each morning with a beautiful view of the sunrise. It is thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy and relaxing atmosphere for your stay. For bookings of 1–2 guests, only one large room will be made available. The small room will be opened for bookings of 3–6 guests. The location is highly accessible—just a 15-minute drive from Silay-Bacolod International Airport via the circumferential road, and close to nearby malls and other conveniences. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. I follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook developed in partnership with experts. Here are a few highlights of the steps I take: I sanitize high-touch surfaces — right down to the doorknobs. I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. I use detailed cleaning checklists to ensure each room is thoroughly cleaned. I comply with local laws and adhere to any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Other things to note Vistamall is just nearby, located right beside the entrance. They have pizza resto, coffee shop & supermarket for your grocery needs. Guests are allowed to smoke OUTSIDE the house (outdoor garden/patio). For booking 1-2 guests, ONLY 1 large room will be opened. The small room is available for booking 3-6 guests.
