The apartment is bright, south-facing☀️, very pleasant unobstructed view of the greenery and not overlooked 🌳 Two separate sleeping areas: 🛏️ Cabin area in the entrance with two bunk beds (80 x 190 cm), intended for children 🛏️ Bedroom area next to the living room, separated by a curtain with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), ideal for adults. The apartment is composed of: ✅ an entrance with cupboard, shoe racks, large "Gorenje" fridge with freezer section, a separate toilet, shelves, bunk beds, a small play area for children with two stools and a small table, ✅ a bathroom composed of a vanity with a sink, LED mirror, and a bathtub, ✅ a living room with dining area, kitchenette, 1 seating area with 2 armchairs and a coffee table, ✅ adjoining and separated by a curtain, a sleeping area with a double bed, storage furniture, TV connected to Orange Fiber, Fiber Wi-Fi, ✅ a beautiful 8 m2 terrace. The apartment is equipped with 👉Nespresso coffee machine, Toaster, Microwave oven with "Grill" function, Electric barbecue, Induction hobs, Reversible air conditioning, 1 fan. 💦 Communal swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September (specific dates set by the trustee). 🅿️ Parking with non-designated spaces. Important: During peak periods, there are not always enough places. In this case, other free or paid solutions exist. Pets not allowed due to health reasons.
