CA' DEI SCUDI - an authentic stunning view!

My apartment is located in the heart of Venice in one of the most authentic neighborhood of the city: the Sestiere di Castello. The house is in a strategic position; it's only few hundred meters away from San Marco square and from Biennale gardens and the house is totally fit for travellers, couples, families with children and also for business trips. The space The apartment is placed on the second floor of a traditional Venetian building and it's a 65 square meters apartment. The house consists of a wide hall, a kitchen, a huge bedroom (in two different levels) and a bathroom. In the hall you'll find a lovely fireplace, a classy chandelier from Murano, a double sofa bed, a big glass table for six persons, a flat screen TV with DVD and HI-FI. A wireless connection allows you to use all your devices (personal computers, mobiles, tablets, …) in the house. The kitchen is complete with an oven, fridge, microwave, refrigerator, pots and dishes of any kind. In the bathroom you'll find an useful washing machine, a hairdryer and cleans towels for each guest, without any additional charge. Through a corridor , equipped with a big closet, you'll arrive in the huge bedroom from which shouldn't be too hard for you to take fantastic pictures as souvenirs. There is a wonderful canal, not so busy, just outside the window and the view is unbelievable. Check it! From the house with a ten minutes walk you'll easily arrive in San Marco square and you could admire the S. Marco church, the bell tower and the Correr museum. The entire compound of the Arsenale is only few meters away from the apartment. Via Garibaldi and its gardens will make you live a fantastic experience with their local mood. The area is full of authentic Venetian people with their shops, markets, restaurants and bars. Come there and have a look, the atmosphere is magic! The international exposition of Biennale is only few steps away from the gardens. The edition of this year lasts from 26/05/2018 to 25/11/2018 and it is entirely dedicated to architecture. Guest access The apartment has check-in time from 12.00 am (noon) and check-out time before 10.00 am, and there is also a free luggage room if you need it. Other things to note In the house there are also, on demand, a little bed and a highchair for babies with no extra charge. The price for 2 persons is for 2 persons sleeping in the same king size bed.
