Zimbali 6 - Spacious family house

This double story home is in Zimbali. Upstairs is a king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is a king-size bedroom and single bedroom. These share a family bathroom and guest toilet. The lounge and dining room are open plan. They lead to a patio with gas braai and garden overlooking an unfenced pond. DSTV, WIFI, golf cart and cleaning service Mon-Fri is incl. Back up inverter for plugs, lights, TV & wifi. Refundable damage deposit payable to Zimbali Homes. Please see rules. The space The house an inverter for load shedding. This feeds the plugs, lights, TV and WIFI. It does not run the air-conditioning or kitchen appliances. There is a two plate gas stove in the kitchen and a gas braai that can be used when the electricity is off. The Zimbali Estate is an exclusive golf estate on the beach near Ballito. It has three swimming pools right next to the beach, with a restaurant open for meals - called the Valley of the Pools. It has a childrens playground with trampolines and jungle gym next to the Bushbuck clubhouse and cafe. It has tennis courts. It has another two swimming pools - one with childrens water slides away from the beach called the Bushbuck Pools. The Zimbali golf course is an 18 hole golf course within Zimbali. There is another swimming pool and restaurant called the Zimbali Beach club open for bookings. There is a hotel called the The Capital Zimbali with facilities such as restaurants, bars, spa's, swimming pool with drink and food service etc. Please contact The Capital Zimbali directly for information on their facilities and any costs associated with these facilities. Guest access This house is off Forestwood Drive in Zimbali. It is in a very central area in Zimbali which is in between the the Valley of the Pools and the Bushbuck Clubhouse and Pools. Other things to note There is a refundable damage deposit payable of R3 500.00 for stays of 4 nights or less to Zimbali Homes CC for the home. This is not paid to AirBnB but is paid to Zimbali Homes Trust account after booking is done on AirBnB. This will be invoiced to you separately. Only adults with a valid drivers licence may drive the golf cart. If you damage the golf cart you are liable for the full cost of the repairs. The deposit will be refunded within 10 working days of departure provided there are no damages to the home, golf cart or the Zimbali Estate. Also that no fines have been issued to the guests by the Zimbali Estate. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit - e.g. blood stained sheets will be replaced and the balance refunded to you. For stays of more than 4 nights, a deposit equal to 20% (or one night - whichever is the greater) of the total booking is required. Guests must provide identity documents for each guest (18 years and over at the time of the stay) to the Zimbali Estate to be submitted for approval for the booking no less than 48 hours before arrival. If you have members in your group under 18 years at the time of the stay, you need to provide their date of birth for Zimbali security procedures. All children aged 24 months and over are regarded as a full guest and are included in the guest count for the house. If you have an infant under 24 months that can sleep in a camp cot, please inform us. Then we can check if we can add the infant under 24 months onto the house as an extra guest. Guests must abide by and sign the rules of the Zimbali Coastal Estate. These will be emailed to the guest by the host. These must be returned a minimum of 48 hours before date of arrival as these need to be received and processed by the security of the Zimbali Estate to allow for access. Once documents have been submitted to ZEMA (Zimbali Security) for processing, you cannot change the guests details/names as ZEMA will regard this as a new booking, and charge an additional fee of R1 500.00 to process new guests names. The Zimbali Estate security does not allow for you (guests) to have guests. We cannot provide access to anyone who is not on the booking forms. This is a Zimbali rule. If you have forgotten to add anyone on your booking form originally and they need to be added later, the Zimbali Estate has a non-negotiable 24 hour no access rule. So that guest will have to wait 24 hours before getting access to the Zimbali Estate while security process a completely new booking form which includes this guest. Please take careful note of this Zimbali rule! Unfortunately these are Zimbali Estate procedures which all Zimbali houses have to abide by. Other hosts may not tell you this, but we prefer to be transparent.
