Simple tidy 3 bedroom home on the quiet south side of Hat Head Creek. 2 x Queen bed rooms and a King Single with Trundle (suit child). 300m to the footbridge when walking over to the town beach or creek for a swim/snorkel or to 'The Gap'. Has nice kitchen, sunny open plan living/dining with air con. There is a wooden outdoor setting, bbq and 2nd shower and toilet in the laundry. Off street parking for your car and space for the kids to run and play. Surrounded by natural flora and fauna. The space Not keen on the hassle of camping? Stay in our basic home for not much more than a cabin in the caravan park! Linen is not included. Bring your own (sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths). Beds have pillows, protectors and doonas. If you do not wish to bring linen, hire linen can be organised through local companies SWR Laundry Service or Sea Change Linen Hire (contact details can be provided on request after completing your booking) For stays longer than 2 nights, you will need to bring your essentials eg. toilet paper, soap & dishwashing liquid etc. There may be some basic items in the house and we ask that you replace what you use. In the lounge there air con and a 50" smart tv. The TV is installed on the wall but cannot be moved. Dont forget to log out of Netflix or Youtube before you leave. Nescafé Piccolo coffee machine (BYO pods) and Bluetooth stereo for your comfort Guest access Laundry and 2nd bathroom can be accessed using the front door key. No access inside the Garage and please don't park on the lawn. Other things to note You will be require to send your Government Issued Identification (drivers License). No ID means no access. No charging of electric vehicles permitted Local services opening and closing times can vary. Please be aware of this if you are arriving late at night. Warning - Mobile phone reception in Hat Head can be patchy at times (Optus users seem to have the best coverage. Telstra & Vodafone not so good). Registration Details PID-STRA-5164
