It's located in Parkwood Gold Coast, surrounded by golf course while being close to the Gold Coast University Hospital, Harbour Town, Westfield, AB Patterson, Griffith Uni, the tram station and HWay. Pls read through the listing carefully incl the house rules before you book. The usage of air conditioner and washer might be at a reasonable cost. This is important to know coz we want you to have a pleasant stay with us. The space It's a safe community and ample parking on the street. From where you stay, you are 10 mins away from Westfield, 9 mins away from Harbour Town Shopping, and 5 mins driving you would land on Gold Coast Hospital and Griffith University. 2 King Single bed in the room. Photocopies of driver's license or passport will be taken upon arrival. Pls no food and drink in the room. Guest access The house is dual living which means you have your own access. Bathroom might be shared with other guests. Other things to note We can't guarantee you check in at 2pm if booking confirmation and check in time is less than 6 hours. While providing you with great place to stay, saving energy is very important to us and is to enable us to be sustainable to keep the place affordable for the long run. Air conditioner and washer are available to our guests at very reasonable cost: - Washing machine $3 dollars per usage, or $5 per usage with washing liquid supplied by us - Using air conditioner $10 extra per day from 2pm -10am. Pls be noted Energy saving motion sensors might be integrated with the air conditioning and lighting system through the entire house. Unauthorised removal of these devices will result in significant recovery cost.
