Our home is spacious and comfortable. We have great views of the Murray River and Riverglades. The Avoca Dell reserve including boat ramp, amenities and a fabulous playground is only a 3 minute walk. We are 50 minutes from the Adelaide tollgate . Only a 6 mins drive to the south eastern freeway, from there we are 18 mins to the Bend motorsport park at Tailem Bend, a 30 minute drive to the beautiful Langhorne Creek wine region.
