Bed and meal plan included in the tariff (homely, freshly cooked VEGETARIAN ONLY). Activities can be planned per guest requirements. Before booking confirmation, guests are required to provide government issued photo ID proofs of all guests as it is a statutory requirement. The space Families are welcome to experience the plantation lifestyle at our homestay which is located on a coffee estate. As we say in our tag-line, we offer exclusivity and privacy to our guests. Our facility is simplistic, yet modern and comfortable. Each private room can accommodate two adults and two children. We offer a king size double bed and two floor mattresses. You can choose to spend your entire time on campus which offers long and winding treks in tranquil greenery through fresh water streams and ponds. We also have indoor and outdoor games like carrom, cards, badminton, cricket, cycling, etc. If you choose to spend time exploring the country side, the choices are: Manjerabad Fort (3 km), , Kukke Subramanya (43 km), Belur and Halebid (40 km) and many more. Guest access Guests can access pretty much the entire facility with the exception of living areas of owners and plantation staff. Whereas the private room will be dedicated to confirmed guests, common areas will also be accessed by staff. Other things to note Please note that the Ghat Section is a forest area. Maintain the tranquil ambience by not playing loud music or making noise. Respect the environment and enjoy the wildlife, flora and fauna. Stay safe by not straying from pathways. Water bodies on the property are strictly off-limits and not fit for swimming. We provide a functional Airtel hotspot for WiFi connectivity. Please understand that we are located in a very remote part of the state, so network connectivity might not be strong. As per standard safety requirements of state laws for homestays, we have CCTV installed at the entrance doorway.
