Artist's apartment by the sea

I will rent a cozy, chic, spacious apartment by the sea. Two large rooms, a bedroom and a living room, a functional kitchen. The bathroom is combined, there is a shower and a bathtub, a bidet. The house is new, brick. Autonomous heating (if it suddenly snows). Airport pick-up and transfer are available. Other things to note A deposit of 5000₽ is charged at check-in, which is refunded on the day of departure.
