This beautiful family home is conveniently located in the centre of the Central Coast a short drive from Sydney. Less than 10 minutes to popular beaches of Terrigal and Bateau Bay, this home gives guests the opportunity to enjoy coastal living!!! The space The property has 3 bedrooms which include 1 King and 2 Queen beds. There is also an extra mattress available that can be used. Two of the bedrooms have built ins. The property has a large fenced backyard which also includes a covered outdoor dining area with a BBQ. The property has a double garage with remote access. Close to a number of Central Coast's finest beaches including Terrigal, Avoca, Wamberal and Shelly Beach. Guest access Guests will be provided with fresh linen and towels. You will also have access to all basic food items (sauces, salt, tea, sugar etc) and all regular kitchen utensils and kitchenware. If there are any special requirements I will endeavour to arrange. Guests will also have access to a number of surfboards to use. Other things to note There is a bus stop 150 metres away which will connect to other parts of the coast including Erina, Gosford and The Entrance.
