Perfect family getaway on the beachfront

Relax in our brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family beach house on the beach front at Two Rocks. Just a short 3 min walk to Leeman’s Landing, one of Two Rocks best beaches. House is well equipped for your family stay with games, DVDs and WIFI. There is a secure backyard and lawn to play back yard games. At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The marina and local shopping centre with IGA supermarket, bakery and several cafes is just a short 2 min drive away. The space This is our family beach house which we’d love to share with you. It is a great weekender or break during the school holidays. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and enjoy everything the Two Rocks area has to offer. The house is well equipped and if there is anything that would make your stay more comfortable please let me know. Bedrooms The beach house sleeps a maximum of 7 people in the configuration of: Bedroom 1 – Sleeps 2 - Queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe - room for portacot Bedroom 2 – Sleeps 2 - Queen bed with built in robe Bedroom 3 – Sleeps 3 - 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed with built in robe A portacot is available at no extra cost Kitchen / Living / Dining The hub of the house is an open plan kitchen / living dining area. This area has reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you cool in summer (although you’ll probably just enjoy the beautiful sea breeze) and warm and cosy in winter. The kitchen has a 3 seater breakfast bar and is well equipped with good quality crockery and modern appliances including electric cooktop, electric oven, new fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toasted sandwich press. There is a high chair available for toddlers. The living area has a 43” LED TV, DVD/ Blu-ray player, mini HiFi system (CD, radio, plus bluetooth connectivity) plus a selection of books, magazines, DVDs., games and puzzles. The dining table seats up to 8 where you can enjoy meals watching the ocean. Bathrooms The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The bathroom has a shower and vanity with a separate toilet off the laundry. There is no bath. Laundry The laundry has a new washing machine if you need it. Blankets, clean linen, pillows and towels are provided. Outside The front yard has been newly landscaped with native vegetation to complement the seaside location with path access to the house. There is room for parking 2 cars underneath the house. The back yard is fenced and secure and safe for children. It has an open paved alfresco area with a 10 seater outdoor table with chairs and gas BBQ. Enjoy relaxing with a book while your children enjoy the lush green grass, perfect for a game of backyard cricket or totem tennis. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after going to the beach. The front veranda overlooks the dunes of the foreshore reserve plus the Indian Ocean. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the view from the deck in the morning and evenings. Guest access You’ll have access to the whole house. Other things to note This is a family holiday house and as such no large groups like school leavers are allowed. No parties. No pets allowed. No smoking. Check out by 10am Check in after 3pm.
