BATHROOM – Hot/Cold Shower with a telephone showerhead and rainshower, anti-slip mat, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, bidet, towels and towel rack, KITCHEN – A complete kitchen for light cooking with Microwave, Water Kettle, Refrigerator, Rice Cooker, Induction Stove with Range hood, pots, pans, utensils and drinking water. DINING – Our dining table seats four plus a breakfast bar with two bar stools. Condominium Amenities: - Gym - registered guests may use the gym (*Temporarily restricted to non-residents) - Pool, Basketball Court - for a minimal fee, registered guests may use the pool and court. Proper swim attire is required. - Salon & Spa - Water Refilling Station - Laundry Station - Minimart - 2 small restaurants/café Guest access Parking: Should you need a parking space, we can check the availability of parking slots for rent within the community compound. Should there be no available within the compound, there are 2 pay parking properties nearby. We also have the following establishments within the compound for your convenience: - Salon - Water Refilling Station - Laundry Shop - Minimart - 2 small restaurants/café - Smoking Area Other things to note For everyone's safety and confidence, the condominium administration requires a copy of your valid government ID per guest before your arrival so I can register for your visitors gate pass. For a comfortable stay, my home can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests only. Base cost is for 2 guests. A 3rd guest has an additional fee of Php500/night. Minimum stay is 10 nights. The administration currently does not allow non-registered visitors. Only taxis/grab car, delivery couriers and pre-approved subcontractors/workers are allowed to enter the compound.
