The space A beautiful two-story 100m2 villa, separated from the rest of the houses, offering a breathtaking sea view, near the beach. The entrance is on the ground floor where there is a living room with a sofa bed, an open kitchen fully- equipped, one bedroom and a bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where you can find the master bedroom with its separated balcony, a second bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. You can also have a baby crib upon request. At the front part of the house there is a great yard where there is a sun/wind protected space where you can find an outdoor dining table, as long as sunbeds where you can relax and enjoy the view of passing vessels. Below the front yard there is an external shower where you can take your shower enjoying the sea view. Guest access There is private parking in the property.
