Tiny Loft is a one-bedroom apartment located in Veronetta, a neighborhood on the left bank of the Adige River, just across from Verona’s historic center and only a short walk from Ponte Navi and the University district. This is a quiet and authentic residential area, ideal for experiencing daily local life — a perfect spot for both leisure and business stays. The space The apartment is on the ground floor of a historic building in the neighborhood. Entry is through the main hallway of the building. After climbing two steps to reach the front door, you enter a compact living area equipped with a kitchen, a table for four, and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. There is also a balcony overlooking the shared inner garden. The small bathroom, equipped with a sink, shower, and toilet, has natural ventilation through a window. It is located next to the living area and separated from the spacious double bedroom. Guest access - 48 hours before check-in You will receive a message with a link for self check-in. Please fill out the form with the required information for each guest. Only after completing the form will you be able to unlock the access codes to the property. - 24 hours before check-in You will receive an automatic message with the instructions and codes to access the booked property. (Please note: this message will only be sent automatically if the check-in form has been correctly completed.) Other things to note The building includes a small inner courtyard that serves as a designated smoking area. There is a bike rack available, although it is not monitored — we recommend locking your bicycle at all times. Motor vehicles are not permitted. As this is a shared space, we kindly ask guests to be respectful of the other residents. The garden is often visited by gentle neighborhood cats — please do not disturb them. Tiny Loft is located on a very narrow one-way street with no available parking. We recommend avoiding parking outside designated spots to prevent fines or towing. Blue and yellow-lined parking spaces are reserved for Verona residents. The apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, and smoke detector. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or at the windows. A foldable baby crib is available upon request. Pets are allowed upon request. Notes: For bookings of two guests only, a €25 surcharge per reservation will apply if separate beds are requested.
