Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Violations may result in a €300 fine. 🚭 No-Smoking Policy Strictly no smoking. A €200 fee applies for smoking inside the apartment. 🔒 Lockout Service A €25 fee applies if you lock your keys inside the apartment and require assistance to gain entry before 6:00 PM. An €80 fee applies for the same service after 6:00 PM. 🔑 Damaged or Lost Keys A fee of €100 per key applies for lost or damaged keys. 🪑 Property and Furniture Damage: Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement. If furniture is moved, please return it to its original position. A minimum fee of €20 may be charged if rearranging is required after check-out. 🧹 Additional Cleaning Fee Applies in cases of excessive mess or special cleaning requirements beyond standard service. 🔧 The host reserves the right to enter the apartment for technical inspections or in the event of an emergency, without exception. 💶 For security reasons, in some cases, we reserve the right to request a refundable security deposit of up to 10,000 CZK, as well as an in-person check-in and check-out.
