I prefer long-term stays (1–2 months) I prefer a tenant who would come home on weekends. Tastefully decorated accommodation, it feels good I think. Guest access Tram bus 3 min, SNCF train station 10 min walk, World Trade Center and GEM 15 min walk. During your stay I live in this apartment, it is my main place of residence, so I am available at any time. I have an intense professional activity so I am also often absent during the day and evening, which allows you to enjoy the whole apartment during the day. I lived 4 years with a roommate and our cohabitation was more than warm and full of laughter and complicity. Other things to note I prefer long stays (2/3 months) if the tenant goes home on weekends.
