The space In total, the house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 outdoor patios and large garden. The main floor or top level has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living areas, kitchen and access to a great patio and large terrace with magnificent views. From the top terrace, an outdoor staircase leads to the garden where there is a fully independent spacious 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment can be set up as the master suite or with 2-3 beds, (depending on the size of your group). This space has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a sitting area with a sofa that can also double as a kind size or two singles bed. Just off the kitchen there is 1 patio and large garden. Please note that the main (or top level) and the downstairs apartment are not connected from the inside of the house, which makes it perfect for 1 or 2 families, or a group of friends travelling together. Both levels enjoy unobstructed Mediterranean Sea views. All terraces and garden offers full sun with plenty of room, perfect for breakfast, sunbathing, relaxing or dining alfresco while enjoying the stunning views. Guest access The house, a typical Southern Spanish villa is located right in front of the Mediterranean Sea, between Marbella and Malaga, in the heart of Costa del Sol (Coast of the Sun). The home sits on a cul de sac in a quiet urbanization, parking is easy with plenty of space just in front of the door. Enjoy the luxurious community pool, available only to owners and beach club clients. Just a short drive(less than 2 minutes) or a 15 minute walk through the urbanization. There is a large pool with two smaller children’s pools. The home is conveniently situated just a few minutes drive from the small town of La Cala de Mijas ( one of the original fishing villages in the area). This town has everything you can expect.. full of cafes, family run-shops, outdoor markets, different cuisine restaurants, and of course ‘chiringuitos’ ( beach restaurants). The centre of this town is small, with narrow lovely streets, and very easy to walk the entire place in a short amount of time. The famous boardwalk is also a must! The friendly atmosphere of this village is very unique and charming, making this little town a delightful place. The house is also surrounded by gorgeous mountain villages. Costa del Sol has the best climate in Europe no doubt, with very mild winters, and lots of sunshine, making it a lovely place to visit year round. Supermarkets as Aldi, Lidl, Supersol, Mercadona and others are located 5 min from the house. Walk along the soft golden beach across the house about 5 min walk and you will find a great and small chiringuito beach bar to enjoy the best coffees and drinks. This cute place has also live music some nights The most convenient major airport is Malaga (AGP) which is just 20-25 minutes away from the house, and 30 min from Malaga's central train station. Some small towns and cities from the house are: La Cala de Mijas (closest town) - 3 minutes drive, Marbella old town is about 20 minutes, famous Banus Port is 25 min away, Marbella's beaches 10 minutes, Fuengirola is 8 minutes away, Benalmadena and Torremolinos are about 15-20 minutes from the house. Malaga downtown is 25-30 minutes away, mountain village of Mijas Pueblo is 20 min drive. Estepona is about 40-45 minutes. Strait of Gibraltar is about 1h and 15 minutes. Ronda is about 1h and 45 min. Other larger close cities are: Granada about 1h and 40 min, Cadiz 2h, Cordoba 2h, and Seville is about 2h and 30 min, There are many fun outdoor, water and adventure activities to do close to the house. Beautiful beaches and mountain hikes all at your doorstep. There are 4 big shopping centers within 10-25 minutes from the house, such as Miramar and la Cañada. The area has also many top notch golf courses within 45 min from the house. Closest Golf course is Chaparral Golf, just 1-2 min drive from the house. The quality of the courses, and the perfect year-round weather, with an average of 320 sunshine days, makes Costa del Sol Europe’s golfing paradise. At least 10 tennis clubs are within 5 and 25 minutes from the villa( Red clay & hard courts). Other things to note The downstairs of the home is a completely separate living space, perfect for two families traveling together. The one bedroom space has one large bathroom. The living room has a small kitchen with coffee maker, oven and microwave. The sofa is actually two single beds, where children could sleep.
