You can enjoy less than 200 meters from all the essential shops but also restaurants and supermarkets. The space Size of 110m2 and sleeping up to 8 guests. Enjoy a beautiful terrace, ideal for aperitifs and meals with family or friends, with beautiful sea views. A large garden with typical Mediterranean vegetation all around the house as well as several terraces also allow you to enjoy the exteriors. It is composed of a nice living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms/shower . Wifi included, we're just waiting for you! Separated into 2 parts: Main access: • A large living/dining room with a seating area (separated by a curtain) with 2 single beds (installed as a bench) with TV, Marshall bluetooth speaker and bookcase with books and games. • A fully-equipped kitchen renovated in May 2024 with: electric kettle, Nespresso machine, oven, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, etc. • Bedroom 1 : 1 king size bed (180×200) • A shower room with shower and separate WC A self-catering garden level: • Bedroom 2 : 1 queen size bed (160×200) • A small living room with a sofa bed (2 people), • Kitchenette: equipped with a refrigerator and kettle. • Bathroom, with bathtub and toilet Outdoors: • A beautiful garden, fully enclosed and exposed east-south-west, perfect for sunset and maximum sunshine. • A sunny terrace with sea views, and furniture to enjoy sunny days. • Another terrace protected under a vault that opens onto the garden. Linens are optional and are to be booked with the property manager, Jehess Conciergerie. We leave a few games and beach gear available. Two locked garages complete the property. Other things to note This is our family home and we have furniture and objects to which we are attached, it is important to us that you take care of it. Please note that this is a home that has a mix of old and new that gives its character to the house, but it also means that everything is not new, including the inside and outside. It is not a hotel with hotel amenities. • Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided upon request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for guidance, subject to change by our partner. • The end of stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a decent state of cleanliness and clean appliances after use. • Any request to check in or check out outside the indicated hours is subject to the availability of the receptionist. You may be asked for a flat fee. Access to the house by an outdoor staircase of about 60 steps from the street, which may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
