The space The property has 14 spacious bedrooms across two floors in two bungalows side by side. The place is great for group of families and group of friends. 
4 (four) bedrooms has 2 double bed each and can take 4 extra persons, and 2 children (total 10) 
4 (four) bedrooms has 1 double bed each and can take 2 extra persons (total 4), 
4 (four) bedrooms has 1 double bed each and can take 1 extra adult. 
Totally all 14 bedrooms can accommodate 64 adults. 
It has a common shared swimming pool, living room, garden, terrace, Table tennis, billiard & game room and shared kitchen. Balconies are available with all rooms. Great to walk around- wide concrete roads around the property. - Well maintained- the caretaker does a brilliant job of maintaining the property well. Interiors are charming- a blend of modern and traditional artefacts are placed around the house. You can request for a barbecue set up and its the best experience ever. Living room has excellent views of lush greenery around, you sneak a peak at the mountains with the clouds, the sliding French windows/Doors helps to get clear views. Ample parking available for minimum 6 cars and more. Well Maintained lawns. Appliances like a double door Fridge, microwave, gas range available for self cooking. Perfect weekend Getaway. Guest access Guest can access shared swimming pool, full kitchen and cook their food, shared living room, shared carom board, shared billiard (game) room, garden and shared terrace. We have limited (six) car parking and are given on first come first basis. During your stay Dear Guest, Welcome to our property. I wish you a pleasant and enjoyable stay in our Holiday Home. Shoes are not allowed in rooms. From 10 PM to 7AM quite hours. We do not take security deposit. We expect our guests to treat our property as their own home. We take utmost care to give 5* service. Do not share the password with outsiders. Store your eating items in the shared Refrigerator on your floor only. All sharing places and amenities are on first come first basis. We serve local Indian Maharashtrian lunch & dinner, veg, non-veg and Jain food. We do not serve halal food. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
