Welcome to 'The Place' Boutique Guesthouse! Situated within the heart of Belfast City Centre, 'The Place' is the ideal spot for any discerning traveller visiting Belfast, whether business or pleasure. We are located along Belfast's Malone Place - an area steeped in history, with this particular property dating back to 1855, making it 165 years old! The property has recently undergone a major refurbishment, with no expense spared, resulting in this ultra modern, beautiful and tranquil sanctuary. The space 'The Place' Boutique Guesthouse is situated within Belfast's Shaftesbury Square, commonly known as 'The Golden Mile'. This is an area in the heart of the city, surrounded by many well-known restaurants, quaint little pubs and shops aplenty. It is a mere 10-12 minute stroll to Belfast's City Hall and Royal Avenue (Belfast's shopping area). This guesthouse has recently been lovingly and painstakingly refurbished and restored. I have a huge passion and love for travel, having visited many, many different countries across the world (with many more still on my list...!). I have also been fortunate enough over the last few years to have had the pleasure of hosting hundreds of Airbnb guests to my own home, also located in Belfast. I have brought together these experiences to try to offer guests visiting Belfast exactly what I look for myself when visiting a new city. 'The Place' is the ideal spot to stay when visiting Belfast, whether you're coming for a romantic city-break, honeymoon, anniversary or birthday break, visiting your kids at University, visiting on business, or if your simply coming to Belfast to see all the sights and sounds on offer in this beautiful city! 'The Place' offers 4 double bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. This particular room - Room 4 - is located on the ground floor and has its own private bathroom, located on the same level, albeit not accessed directly through the bedroom itself. The bed is a top-of-the-range 2000 pocket sprung mattress, with a cashmere pillow top. The bedding and pillows are also of a very high quality, all of which combines to provide a sumptuous, luxurious 5* sleep! This room also benefits from large floor-to-ceiling mirrors and large fitted robes. It also comes with a flat-screen television, complete with Amazon Firestick allowing for access to Netflix, amongst many other online TV networks. The bathroom is second-to-none, and simply oozes opulence. The large 2 person shower benefits from a top of the range jet tower shower, with side body jets, overhead rain drencher and hand receiver. All fixtures and fittings have been chosen with great care, and are on a par with that of a 5-star rated hotel. Essentials such as shower gel and shampoo are also provided. 'The Place' provides all the amenities one might expect of small hotel, with the added benefit of a fully equipped kitchen, allowing for an increased level of independence. The luxury kitchen comes equipped with all the normal kitchenware - toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. However, with so many great restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep it seems unlikely that you'll even need to cook! Also provided is coffee and tea (a must in my opinion!). There is also a luxury lounge area, complete with very comfortable leather suite, oak furnishings and large flat screen television, with Amazon Firestick and Netflix. There is also high-speed fibre broadband servicing the entire property. Guest access Each guest visiting 'The Place' will have full access to the fully equipped luxury kitchen (shared with 3 other guestrooms in the property). Room 4 is located on the ground floor, with your own private bathroom a short walk from the bedroom (not en-suite). Also provided is a small utility area, complete with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a rear patio area, located off the kitchen - the ideal spot for a quiet glass of wine in the evening, or for those who may wish to dine al-fresco! In terms of parking, there is free on-street parking directly in front of the property. There are also a number of surrounding streets which provide free parking, and also paid on-street parking.
