Pontaly Farm – Cottage in the Plaine de Versailles

In our farm 15 minutes from the Palace of Versailles, come and enjoy a rural and bucolic setting! Welcome! The space Within our 19th century farm, we welcome you to a warm cottage located in a totally rural setting just 10 minutes from Versailles! For a relaxing weekend, a few days or several weeks of rest, a change of scenery is guaranteed less than 20 km from Paris! Horse riding friends, we can host you with your mounts! Small independent house, the cottage we offer is designed for 5 people and includes over 80 m²: GROUND FLOOR 1 fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven 1 living-dining room (with TV-DVD player) overlooking the garden 1 x double bedroom 1 bathroom: shower and heated towel rail, toilet (access is via a small staircase with 4 steps without a handrail) 1st FLOOR 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, two of which can be joined together 1 bathroom (bathtub and towel rail) and toilet Note: access to the upper floor is via a rather steep staircase protected by child barriers at the top and bottom GARDEN You can enjoy the 200 m² enclosed private garden surrounded by greenery. To enjoy this relaxing setting, a table and garden chairs will be available to you. To enjoy pleasant moments with family or friends, a barbecue is also provided. As farmers who love our profession, we will be happy to explain to hosts who wish to know how our farm works. At your request, we will show you around our farm and depending on the season, you can watch the work in the fields and ride on the tractors and other agricultural machines! The Plaine de Versailles is a real setting of greenery and countryside just 20 km from Paris. For history lovers, the Palace of Versailles is of course a must. You can get there from the farm in 15 minutes by bike. For culture fans, you can enjoy the many cinemas, concert halls and theaters in the area. Athletes will appreciate the opportunities available all around the farm, including a wide variety of golf courses and pools. Riders will wander through the countryside with a treat. We are also located on the Yvelines horse riding trail no. 7 (called Royale). Nature lovers will enjoy the many possible walks all around the farm and can reach the forest 3.5 km away. The best way to get to the cottage is by car. However, Vaucresson train station is a 10-minute drive away. We can pick you up. Afterwards, everything is easily accessible by bike. Guest access The small house we offer is completely independent, and you will have free access to every room of the house. The garden is also private for your peace of mind.
