Our villa is newly built. It is spread over two floors, the lower floor consisting of a living room/kitchen, sofa, double bathroom and a spacious equipped veranda and entrance veranda. The upper floor has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a sea view, an internal courtyard and a bathroom with shower. Private parking space 50 meters away. Unlimited wifi. No pets allowed. The space The villa is located in front of the beautiful beach of Scogli Bianchi: just cross the street and in 2 minutes you will find yourself directly on the sand. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, parking space, and veranda. Other things to note Lido di Noto is a hamlet of the town of Noto, there are several restaurants and bars but the nightlife is more in the town center.
