HEATED POOL IN COMPLEX The space Apartment consists of spacious lounge/dining area (flat screen TV, wi-fi, sofa-bed and dining table for 4 persons), open plan kitchen (dishwasher, frigde, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, all the necessary dishes and cutlery), bedroom with double bed and big built-in wardrobe, bathroom with walk in shower and washing machine. And of course large and sunny terrace is the highlight of the apartment. The views are undisturbed and unforgettable, different colours of sunset everynight right in front of you! There is free public parking on the street just in front the complex or around. The location of the apartment allows you to enjoy holiday without a car - it is situated within 2 mins walking distance to the popular natural volcanic back sand beach Playa de la Arena. The supermarket SuperDino is 3 mins away (in front of the beach, or another one also 3-4 mins to the opposite direction along the main street). Great selection of bars and restaurants in the area as well as coastal path (3 km long) connecting Puerto Santiago with the next village Alcala - just perfect for morning runs or sunset walkies while inhaling salty ocean breeze. Hiking lovers will enjoy lots of trails in the mountains around Los Gigantes village (20 mins walking distance or short bus/taxi ride), and the Marina in Los Gigantes has a lot to offer for water sport enthusiasts as well as famous dolphin and whale watching tours. Guest access You will have whole apartment for yourself. Also, you will have full access to the beautiful and quiet community swimming pool (heated during the winter months!) Other things to note Please note, there are stairs (approx. 30 steps) in complex territory to reach the apartment.
