Lovely, quiet contemporary house with a stunning woodland setting. Share bathroom and kitchen with just one other person. Fully furnished kitchen with washing machine.. Excellent fibre broadband. One double room , one single room. Beautiful spacious lounge with Sky TV. 30 mins to Liverpool & Manchester, & Lake District 60 mins.Edgehill University 12mins. The space Cozy, quiet and contemporary. Friendly creative house. Beautiful large garden (with direct access into wood for walks) Also large pond, fire pit, BBQ, decked area with ample outdoor seating Guest access The bedrooms are on the first floor and are accessed via a common front door. Access to lovely garden, with decked sitting areas. (Shared but usually free) Off-road parking. Woodland walks nearby. During your stay I wish to make your stay welcoming and comfortable but will not get in your way. I am happy to advise on the local area. Other things to note There is a surcharge of £15 for a second guest in the double room.
