Your booking is for your chosen bedroom. The bathroom, kitchen, dining area and lounge are shared spaces. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. Breakfast is not provided. You are welcome to use the shared kitchen to prepare your own meals. Outside, enjoy a large garden with a wildlife pond, mature trees and decked seating areas. Woodland walks lead from the garden towards the river, offering a pleasant way to spend time outdoors. Inside, the lounge has a wood-burning stove and a relaxed, homely atmosphere. Whether you are working locally, visiting friends or family, or exploring West Lancashire, this is a welcoming place to settle in.
