The Jolie Maison is an exclusive residence featuring original finishes, traditional Italian style furniture and decor, and a private pergola. Hillside home, few minutes drive from the beach and the town center, it is strategically located to explore the main spots of the Italian Riviera (Cinque Terre, Portofino, Portovenere, Camogli, Genova...) and easily reach Pisa and Lucca. The space Large cosy and bright apartment in a traditional Ligurian house with an indipendent entrance, next to the seventeenth-century Villa Pallavicini with a terraced garden, just few minutes by car from the center of Sestri Levante and the beaches. La Jolie Maison is in a quiet and relaxing spot, strategically located to visit Portofino, Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Genova, as well as to easily reach Pisa, Lucca, Florence or Milan. The accomodation can host from 2 to 5 people and is composed by: entrance-dining room, kitchen (fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, american coffee maker and traditional italian espresso maker), living room with satellite TV, WI FI, one room with a king-size bed, one room with two single beds + 1 folding bed, one bathroom with shower/bath tub. In summer, thanks to its location, La Jolie Maison is fresh and well aired. Our guests will have exclusive use of a wide terrace with a beautiful grape pergola where to dine or just relax in full privacy. YOU'LL HAVE INCLUDED: final cleaning, bed linens and towels, unlimited internet connection, all the expenses such as power, gas, water, private parking in the property (2 max). A cot and baby chair are available on demand, free of charge. As passionate travellers and tradition-lovers, we have tried to offer our guests the atmosphere of the typical Ligurian house through an elegant and well-finished interior design combined with all the comfort for a pleasant journey.
