Peaceful Bright Room Near Central Line Station

Guests have access to a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Located in a quiet residential area, just a 7-minute walk from Leytonstone Station (Central Line). Stratford is only 2 stops away, and Central London can be reached in around 30 minutes. Whipps Cross Hospital is also nearby. 🌿🏡🚇 The space Flat: This lovely flat is located on a peaceful green street in Leytonstone. It has two bedrooms (one of which is mine) and a shared living room that connects to the kitchen. The flat is very clean and warm, equipped with double-glazed windows. Please be aware that I have a cat named Merlin, who is quite shy and tends to hide in my room when strangers are around. Because of this, she is unlikely to enter your room. Kitchen: In the kitchen, you'll find a cupboard stocked with coffee and tea for you to enjoy. This is a vegan/vegetarian flat, although minimal use of meat is acceptable, and dairy products are fine. Living Room: The living room is an open-plan space that we will share exclusively between us. Bathroom: This bathroom is shared exclusively with me. It also contains Merlin's litter tray. Guest access The room features a double bed, a desk, and a clothes rail. You will be sharing the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. However, you will have your own designated shelf in the refrigerator and space in the kitchen cupboards. You’ll also have access to the washing machine, and I provide the detergent, so you don’t need to worry about that! For summer: You'll have a silent cooling fan for those hot London days. During your stay I'm always here to chat and assist with your London visit. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Please contact me before sending a booking request, and read the description carefully. Important Information for Guests: - I only accept guests whose IDs are registered on Airbnb. - No extra guests are allowed during your stay. - The flat will be shared only with me. - Please refrain from smoking and wearing shoes inside the house. - There is only one staircase inside the flat, as it is a first-floor unit. Kitchen Details: - I will provide you with one shelf in the refrigerator and one shelf in the cupboard for your groceries. - Tea, coffee, and salt are provided. - Olive oil is not provided for long stays, but it will be available for short stays.
